Valid conditions and reasons to return an item during the time of delivery or within 3 days if:
1. Delivery of wrong product
2. Delivery of defective/ damaged/ rotten product
3. Finds product unusable
4. Incorrect content on the website about the product quality and quantity
5. Refund / Replace is not applicable for perishable product (mango, egg, vegetable), etc. or milk
N.B: Return/replacement policy will not be entertained if the seal is broken or if the quantity/volume is not the same as it was delivered. The shipping cost will be beard by the client. A refund will be made within 7 days.
